Hart Ford Solicitors Limited fees in a typical sale transaction are £795.00 plus VAT to £995.00 plus VAT and £35.00 plus VAT per Bank Transfer payment of monies.

Our average cost is £895.00 plus VAT.

Plus, we charge a fee for checking your ID of £35.00 Plus VAT per person and a £60.00 plus VAT E-Conveyancing fee.

In addition to our charges, you must also pay for any expenses that we incur on your behalf. These expenses are commonly referred to as ‘disbursements’ and sometimes attract VAT.

The disbursements that we anticipate will be incurred for a sale transaction will be Land Registry Fees which range from £3.00 to £7.00 per document and approximately 2 to 4 documents may be required.

We also charge an additional £200.00 plus VAT of the property is a Leasehold Flat or a Freehold House with management company involvement.

Purchase

Hart Ford Solicitors Limited fees in a typical purchase transaction are £795.00 plus VAT to £1,095.00 plus VAT and £35.00 plus VAT per Bank Transfer payment of monies. Our average cost is £895.00 plus VAT.

Plus we charge £125.00 plus VAT if we have to submit a Stamp Duty Land Tax return to the Inland Revenue on your behalf.

In addition we charge:

A fee for checking your ID of £35.00 Plus VAT per person and a £60.00 plus VAT E-Conveyancing fee.

A fee for our Property Search Report approximately £275.00 (inclusive of VAT).

We also charge an additional £200.00 plus VAT if the property is a Leasehold Flat or a Freehold House with management company involvement. In addition to our charges, you must also pay for any expenses that we incur on your behalf. These expenses are commonly referred to as ‘disbursements’ and sometimes attract VAT.

Re-Mortgage

Hart Ford Solicitors Limited fees in a typical Re-mortgage transaction are £395.00 plus VAT to £495.00 plus VAT and £35.00 plus VAT per Bank Transfer payment of monies.

In addition we charge a fee for checking your ID of £35.00 Plus VAT per person and a £60.00 plus VAT E-Conveyancing fee.

In addition to our charges, you must also pay for any expenses that we incur on your behalf. These expenses are commonly referred to as ‘disbursements’ and sometimes attract VAT.

The disbursements that we anticipate will be incurred for a Re-Mortgage transaction are:

In computing our fees we have taken into account the work usually carried out during a standard transaction of this type however should we have to carry out any legal work in addition to the usual work associated with a standard transaction of this type then additional fees may be changed. We will advise you of this fee in advance of carrying out the additional work.
